10 questions with Angel Colon

Angel Colon1. Where do you work?
I work at Enterprise Rent-a-Car. I’m an internal auditor and work at the corporate offices in Clayton.

2. How long have you lived in St. Louis?
On September 15 it will be four years. It’s definitely taken some time to get used to. It’s a lot different from home.

3. Where are you from originally?
I’m from New Jersey. I lived very close to New York, so it’s a lot slower here, but the cost of living is great.

4. What was your favorite thing about New Jersey?
Diversity. In four square miles, you could see so many different nationalities. That is the greatest part. You don’t see that very many places.

5. How and when did you get involved with GenNext?
It was sometime in November or December, around the holidays, and I was looking for an opportunity to volunteer. I found GenNext, so I joined. Click to learn more
